I had several different classifiers with vibrating motors. I used low tech approach to vibrating motors. Put ear plugs in and listen for new motor assembly. Record or remember distance from motor. Usually one floor. I ended up with a two floor rule. When I could hear the motor from two floors away it was time to work on it. Rather crude but it was very succesful. After it is down you should find excessive clearence in the parts that need replacing.
