motor problem

Ran into a hard one. 4160v 3600rpm 3750 hp teco motor. Vibration revealed very small rotor bar frequencies. Electrical test under load and off line did not confirm rotor problem. No electrical evidence of rotor bars. High 3x in axial vibration reading 0.2-1.0ips captured. any ideas?
