Philadelphia Gear info

I have high vibration on a Phildelphia gear (size 6M-HPS-1) input/out speed - 3600/1175 ratio 3.01:1 So far I've been unable to get any info on the number of teeth on the gears inside the box. The equipment is in operation so I can't pop the top and look inside. Also that info isn't in any of the Shop manuals and I haven't gotten any response from Philadelphia Gear Corp when I requested the info. Anybody out there have any Philadelphia gears like this? Do you know the number of gears/teeth? Any help would be appreciated!
