I fully agree with you Arne. One of the other problems is that you cannot relate the signal to a standard. With a calibrated transucer you can relate your measurements to real m/s2 etc. Very usefull if you want to perform measurements as a certified firm. We beated SPM quite a few times with the good old CPB measurement form B&K. Regards, Gerard. See also new forum.
